• Tanya Baskcomb-Junior: As a Clinical Therapist RBT, Tanya brings over 25 years of experience to the team. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Tanya earned her degrees in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies, and a master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness, specializing in Grief and Bereavement. She has worked with diverse populations, managed caretakers in geriatrics, and eventually became a Registered Behavior Therapist while working with children with ASD.

• Rebecca Kulesza: Rebecca is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and a Clinical Therapist at Evoke Wellness, working with individuals with co-occurring disorders. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), empathy, validation, reflective listening, and motivational interviewing, Rebecca helps patients learn healthier coping mechanisms and change their behaviors. She has experience working with various age groups and is currently completing her Supervision hours for her LICSW licensure.

• Nora Foley: As the Clinical Supervisor of Acute Transitional Services (ATS) at Evoke Wellness, Nora is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) who received her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University. In long-term recovery herself, Nora offers a unique perspective and approach to her work, believing that recovery is possible for anyone at any time. She is currently completing her Supervision hours to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Jillian: As the Director of Nursing at Evoke Wellness, Jillian oversees the nursing program and brings a decade of experience in human services from both clinical and medical disciplines to ensure high-quality, coordinated, and best-practice care. Passionate about supporting people with psychiatric and substance use disorders, Jillian has experience working with adults with disabilities and in addiction medicine. She began her nursing career at Pembroke Hospital, where she quickly moved up the ranks from a floor nurse to a nursing supervisor. At Evoke Wellness, Jillian started as an overnight nurse and was later promoted to nurse supervisor and then to her current role. Her success can be attributed to her ability to lead by example, show compassion and empathy for patients, dedication to her team, and her sense of humor, which helps build trusting relationships with colleagues and patients.

Treatments for alcoholism vary at Evoke Wellness. Clients can go through the alcohol detox program and choose to leave the program. However, recovering alcoholics are encouraged to enter the residential inpatient program for alcoholism. The detox program lasts for 7 days to two weeks and the residential inpatient program has a 28-day minimum.
