The Alcoholism Council of New York
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Programs or "EAP" are designed to assist organizations in addressing productivity issues by helping their employees identify and address personal concerns about alcohol, other drugs, health, family finances, stress and other issues that may affect job performance. In 1976, the Alcoholism Council of New York began providing EAP services when it was then known as the New York City Affiliate of the National Council on Alcoholism, initially under the direction of Dr. Nicholas A. Pace (Founding Board Member).

Mission
